Nothing. This product doesn't collect personal data.

• Anything at all — the app makes no network requests

None. Your data isn't shared with anyone — including third-party AI services.

Stored only on your device:

• Settings and preferences
• Session history and statistics
• Task presets
• Window size and position

It lives only on your Mac and is never sent anywhere, so there is no server copy. Erase all of it any time from Settings ▸ General ▸ Danger zone ▸ Reset app, or by deleting the app. There is no account to delete.

Everything above stays on your device. Because nothing is uploaded to a server, there's no central copy to be breached, leaked, or handed over to anyone.

• Notifications (optional) — a local alert when a focus or break ends; nothing is sent anywhere
• Launch at login (optional) — macOS opens the app when you sign in; a local setting, no data involved

This app isn't directed at children, and because it collects no personal data, it holds nothing about children either.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Because we hold none, there's nothing to retrieve or erase — but if you'd like to confirm that, or make any request, email support@metkapstudio.com.
