Sole Focus Privacy Policy
Sole Focus does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. It is a local-first macOS app: there are no accounts, no servers, no cloud sync, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Nothing you do in the app ever leaves your Mac.
What stays on your device. So your timers and history persist between launches, the app stores your settings, statistics / session history, task presets, and window position only on your Mac (in its sandbox container). You can erase all of it from Settings ▸ General ▸ Danger zone ▸ Reset app, or by deleting the app.
Permissions (both optional). If you allow Notifications, the app shows a local alert when a focus or break interval ends — generated on your device, nothing is sent anywhere. If you enable Launch at login, macOS starts the app when you sign in; that’s a local system setting with no data involved. The timer works fully without either permission.
Children’s privacy. The app collects no data from anyone, including children. It is rated 4+ with no ads and no external links to unmoderated content.
