Sole Focus Privacy Policy
- No data collected
- No account needed
- No third-party sharing
Sole Focus keeps everything on your Mac. No account, no cloud, no analytics, no ads — nothing you do in the app ever leaves your device.
What we collect
Nothing. This product doesn't collect personal data.
What we never collect
- Personal information
- Account credentials
- Location, camera, or microphone data
- Usage analytics or tracking identifiers
- Anything at all — the app makes no network requests
Third-party sharing
None. Your data isn't shared with anyone — including third-party AI services.
Keeping & deleting your data
Stored only on your device:
- Settings and preferences
- Session history and statistics
- Task presets
- Window size and position
It lives only on your Mac and is never sent anywhere, so there is no server copy. Erase all of it any time from Settings ▸ General ▸ Danger zone ▸ Reset app, or by deleting the app. There is no account to delete.
How your data is protected
Everything above stays on your device. Because nothing is uploaded to a server, there's no central copy to be breached, leaked, or handed over to anyone.
Permissions
- Notifications (optional) — a local alert when a focus or break ends; nothing is sent anywhere
- Launch at login (optional) — macOS opens the app when you sign in; a local setting, no data involved
Children's privacy
This app isn't directed at children, and because it collects no personal data, it holds nothing about children either.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Because we hold none, there's nothing to retrieve or erase — but if you'd like to confirm that, or make any request, email support@metkapstudio.com.
Contact & requests
Questions, consent changes, or deletion requests — support@metkapstudio.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as this app or the law changes. The “Updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and we'll note anything significant here.
